Your miniature usually arrives in under 2 weeks from ordering. Encounter packs bought on this site ship as soon as payment arrives; packs bought on Etsy follow the times shown on each listing.
Italy and the European Union
We ship across Italy and the EU. EU customers pay no customs duties and face no extra formalities: the price you see is the price you pay.
United States
We also ship to the USA. Applicable customs duties are calculated and included in the final price at checkout or in the quote, so there's no additional payment request when the package arrives.
Packaging
Every miniature travels in protective packaging designed for resin: cushioning, a rigid box, and, for Premium commissions, the wooden gift box if requested as an add-on.
