Frequently asked questions

We mainly work in 28-32 mm scale, the most common standard in fantasy tabletop RPGs, but on request we also sculpt at 35 mm for systems that use it. Just tell us your preferred scale in the commission request.

No, we sell raw or primed (grey) miniatures, never painted. Painting them is part of the fun, and not everyone wants the same painting style. If you want it ready for the brush, choose the grey primer add-on.

Production takes 3-4 business days from quote confirmation, covering sculpting, render, printing and quality check. Then it ships: you usually get your miniature in under 2 weeks, depending on the carrier and country. If you have a tight deadline (a birthday, a big session coming up), the priority add-on moves your commission to the front of the queue.

We ship from here in Italy, to all of Italy, the EU and the USA. EU customers pay no customs duties. For the USA, we calculate and include customs duties in the final price, so there are no surprises at pickup.

Two revisions on the 3D render are included in every commission, at any tier. You can ask to adjust the pose, proportions or equipment details — just tell us before printing, since the geometry can't be changed once it's printed.

Custom miniatures are made to order for you, so under the Italian Consumer Code (Art. 59) personalized goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We do accept returns or replacements for manufacturing defects or shipping damage — see the Refunds & Damage page for details.

The 3D file remains our property, and unless you add the "design exclusivity" add-on, we may in theory reuse stylistic elements for other work (never the identical file, though, without telling you). You always have personal-use rights to the physical miniature you receive. If you also want the STL file to print it yourself, add the dedicated add-on.

No. We don't take commissions based on copyrighted characters from games, films, series or content creators, on real people without their explicit consent, or on other artists' artwork without permission. We love sculpting the original characters from your own game world — see the "What we don't accept" page for details.
