Refunds & damage
Personalized goods and the right of withdrawal
Our custom miniatures are made to order based on your instructions. Under Art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Encounter packs
Encounter packs are not personalized: if you buy them on this site you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason (Art. 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). Email us atciao@lelesforge.it, send the pack back undamaged within 14 days of telling us, and we refund the price paid, including the original shipping; return shipping is at your expense. Packs bought on Etsy follow Etsy's own return conditions instead.
Manufacturing defects
If your miniature has a printing or finishing defect (incomplete print, breakage not caused by impact, etc.), write to us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the issue: we'll assess a free reprint or a partial refund, depending on the case.
Shipping damage
If the package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before discarding anything and write to us within 7 days of delivery at ciao@lelesforge.it. In these cases we arrange a reprint of the damaged piece.
